Get Started in 3 Easy Steps

  1. Create Your Seller Account: Sign up with your business email address and provide the necessary information, such as your government ID, tax details, and company registration documents.
  2. Choose Your Selling Plan: Decide which plan best suits your business needs - our Basic or Premium options. Each plan offers a range of features to help you manage and grow your online store.
  3. List Your Products: Once your account is set up, you can start adding your products to the Health Online marketplace. Our intuitive platform makes it easy to upload product details, images, and pricing information.

Selling Plans to Fit Your Business
Basic Plan (GH¢6 per item sold)

  • Sell up to 40 items per month
  • Ideal for businesses just starting out or those with a smaller product range
  • No advanced selling tools or advertising options

Premium Plan (GH¢245 per month)

  • Sell more than 40 items per month
  • Access to advertising and advanced selling tools
  • Qualify for top placement on product detail pages

Competitive Referral Fees
In addition to your selling plan fees, Health Online charges referral fees based on the product category and total sales price:

  • Health & Personal Care (including devices): 8% for products ≤ GH¢50, 15% for products > GH¢50
  • Beauty: 8% for products ≤ GH¢50, 15% for products > GH¢50
  • Baby Products (excluding apparel): 8% for products ≤ GH¢50, 15% for products > GH¢50

Fulfillment Options
You can choose to handle your own order fulfillment or use our Fulfillment by Health Online (FHO) service. With FHO, we'll take care of picking, packing, shipping, and customer service, starting at GH¢30 per unit for shorter distances and GH¢45 for longer distances.
