HYLO-FORTE EYE DROPS

HYLO-FORTE is an eye drop for the intensive lubrication for more severe and persistent dry eyes.

HYLO-FORTE are used to soothe dry eyes. They will help to hydrate your eyes, easing itching and irritation quickly and easily.

What causes dry eyes?

• You’re over the age of 50.
• You wear contact lenses.
• You look at computer screens for a long time without a break.
• You spend time in air conditioned or heated environments.
• It’s windy, cold, dry or dusty.
• Smoking or alcohol.
• Certain medication.
• Eye conditions such as Blepharitis, or Lupus.

What are the symptoms of dry eyes?

These are the most common symptoms of having dry eyes.

• Itchy.
• Sore.
• Gritty.
• Red.
• Blurry.
• Sensitive to light.
• More watery than normal.

Can I use this whilst wearing contact lenses?

Yes. HYLO-FORTE eye drops can be used with all kind of contact lenses and you do not need to remove the contact lenses to apply the eye drops. However, if you’re ever concerned about using eye drops with your contact lenses you should speak with your Optometrist for advice.

Directions for use:

With your head leaning back slightly, pull down your lower eyelid. Press the base of the bottle. This will enable to bottle to release one drop into the eye. Release and repeat for the other eye.

After each application slowly close your eye to allow the fluid to spread evenly over the eye surface.

Normally one drop three times a day can be instilled into each eye. If necessary it can be used more frequently.

Contains:

2mg Sodium Hyaluronate, Citric Acid Anhydrous, Sodium Citrate, Sorbitol and Water for injection.

Caution:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients mentioned above.

Keep out of sight and reach of children.
