Dosage:

Adults and Children over 16 years: One caplet to be taken twenty minutes before going to bed.

Contains:

Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 50mg per caplet.

Caution:

Not to be given to children under 16 years. May cause drowsiness next day therefore if affected do not drive or operate heavy machinery. Avoid alcohol. Do not use if you suffer with any of the following; Glaucoma, Prostate problems, Asthma, Stomach ulcers. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Use with caution if epileptic.
