It has some side effects such as Burning or sensation of tightness,Chills,Black stools,Blockade of portal blood vessels due to fibrosis. The salts Ferric Ammonium Citrate, Niacinamide, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Zinc Sulphate are involved in the preparation of Zincofer Syrup.
